Right so the the Jeep Avenger EV doesnt have the thermal management that suits my driving. Arrive 2-4% SOC to a charger after a motorway run at 75-80mph and it will thermal overload around 40-50soc and trigger “Service HV battery system” until battery cools.
I wonder if this is an issue that they will fix, or is it's just inherent in the design. Either way it sounds like it won't be an option for my trip as I'm planning on a 4 to 5 hour drive. Although I will have several stops and I can probably charge for either shorter times, or wait and let the car cool.
