I guess it makes sense though that they are more lenient with premier. I remember during covid in Chicago they ordered us to check in our carry ons because they were too big. The agent asked us to go out of line and said we would have to get back in so I said "Hold on even though we are business??" he was surprised, said he thought we were tourists (LOL) and let us carry on our bags.
