I am utterly confused now.

it is 1 oct, why is the tier not updated? profile shows update 09/24.

The tier renewal date is 05 Of Jan each year.

Your tier renewal was indeed done on 05.01.2024.
We apologize for the error shown in the system, this is indeed incorrect.

Could you please provide us a screenshot of the dates showing in your account.
Once we have received this screen shot, we will be able to open an IT ticket to resolve this.

Regarding your attachment that you send, we can see that is outdated information.
As you can see in the screenshot, you have achieved the necessary amount of stays to become a VIP - TIER member.

Note that this new tier period has already been updated, you have enough nights and stays to maintain your VIP TIER Florens.

Until when is the tier valid?
How many stays/nights do I require to maintain it and until when for the following tier period?

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you that your current tier is valid until 05.01.2025.
To renew your tier status, you will need to complete either 20 stays or 30 nights before the expiration date.

In the past I’ve received other information, where it was explained to me that the tier updates from the moment of the upgrade from Premium to VIP tier.

I am now not the only loyal member who is VERY CONFUSED how the loyalty program works.

Is the membership year the calendar year for everybody? When can we expect a CLEAR COMMUNICATION from RADISSON MANAGEMENT regarding the ongoing PROBLEMS?

Thank you for contacting us regarding your questions about how our tier update works. We are happy to answer your questions about your account.

Question: How many nights and stays have I accumulated in the past year?
As a VIP member from 16.09.2023 until 30.09.2024 you have 20 stays and 28 nights.

Question: How many nights do I need to maintain my VIP status?
You need 20 stays and 30 nights to maintain your VIP status.

You had an update on your VIP membership on 30.09.2024 after earning enough stays and nights. This means, the counter of stays and nights resets to 0 and you must maintain 20 stays or 30 nights from September 2024 until end of September 2025 to continuously maintain your VIP membership, meaning you have 1 year to maintain your VIP membership.

As per our terms and conditions:
As a Radisson Rewards member, you have a qualification period of 12 months to obtain enough Eligible Nights and Eligible Stays to maintain your tier status or to upgrade to the next tier level. The qualification period starts when the first stay is completed and lasts 12 months until the end of the month.

Once you achieve enough Eligible Nights and Eligible Stays to access the next tier, your membership tier will be upgraded instantly after check-out. The Eligible Nights and Eligible Stays that allowed you to move to the next level will be deducted from your Eligible Nights and Eligible Stays balance and a new qualification period of 12 months will start. The minimum number of Eligible Nights and Eligible Stays corresponding to your status will be required to maintain your status (Premium= 5 nights/3 stays, VIP= 30 nights/20 stays).
