There is no such "Economy Flexible" ticket. There are 3 ticket classes:

EcoFly (no changes or refunds)
ExtraFly (ExtraFly tickets can be changed for 60 EUR/70 USD. Tickets cannot be refunded.)
PrimeFly (Changes to PrimeFly tickets can be made for flights on the same day earlier than the current flight without any penalty or fare difference applied. Passengers who will benefit from free changes will not be charged any penalty but the fare difference, if any, will be collected. A 120 EUR/140 USD deduction will be applied for refunds.)
