I hit concierge in early Nov 2023, renewal was Dec 2023. I called a couple of weeks ago to use my 4x concierge upgrades and they confirmed there were 5 on my account - which tells me either they mistakenly carried over my 1x Platinum upgrade or it does carry over.
Good to know! I'll buy the cheapest Y Saver seats TATL for my kids and hopefully they will be upgraded once I am Concierge and making applicable bookings. Failing that due to availability, they're older enough to sit in cattle while we turn left at the front. Done it before hahah. Teens don't want their parents around them anyway most of the time, do they!
