You booked the flight before you went Platinum, I'm guessing? From what I understand, the system adds your status when you book, but it does not auto-update a booking if your status changes between when you booked and when you fly. I'm sure you can show your Platinum card and it will be fine.
Yeah I booked it while I was Silver. I booked all of my booking while Silver which I'll advance through to Concierge.
I did wonder if that would be the reason why. I'll certainly show off my Platinum card to any Lounge Dragons hahah!
