The fact that EI is using a narrow body airplane (A321LR) and is operating from an airport with US Preclearance means that the new route shouldn't put as much strain on the airport infrastructure, in terms of added gate space and US CBP screening.
BNA opened a new International Arrivals Facility in 2023 which can accommodate 6 international planes, and a CBP post that can process 800 arrivals per hour.
I think it's fair to say that BNA's capacity for international arrivals will remain underutilised for some time to come.
