That text would lead someone to believe that when you get to Concierge, the Platinum Upgrade coupon is lost if it's not already used. That's not right as the Platinum Tier is not "expiring" if you go from Platinum to Concierge.

If you move from Platinum to Concierge, your Platinum upgrade will remain there until its original expiry date if it hasn't been used. That's how I understand it, and I believe that's how it works.
