Just to circle back, can we confirm that Telegram won't work if you are using DOH Airport WiFi? I use it to chat my girlfriend so want to do so when I land (particularly during my 7-8 hour layover). Sounds like I'd need to have a VPN in order to do so? Thanks for any guidance!
