Despite my best search efforts I can’t find the answers so here I am asking the good folk of flyertalk.
Next month I am flying J class SYD-AKL-NPL. Land at AKL at 1650, flight to NPL departs 1840. Booked on same ticket.
1. Checked bags - I assume I need to pick them up to go through customs and then drop them at the domestic terminal. Or will I be lucky to have them checked through? A little concerned about the transfer time.
2. With the domestic leg only offering economy class am I still entitled to the 2 carry on bags? The app says I keep the checked allowance but nothing about carry on.
