Hello. Could somebody please help me understand QR’s fare rules when it comes to refund penalty fee? I would like to purchase a business classic fare and when I click the Summary of fare rules it reads:

Prior to Departure of First Flight:
- Refund: Allowed with Restrictions.
- Penalty Fee between: 322.00 EUR/762.00 EUR (at today exchange rates 322.00 EUR/762.00 EUR)
- Maximum Refund penalty fee for entire ticket: 762.00 EUR

How do I know whether the penalty fee if I want to cancel is 322 or 762 EUR?

Is the 322.00 EUR/762.00 EUR fee applied once for the whole itinerary or per direction?
