No choice given, I was just told I was upgraded and I did not question it.

From what I have read, the tower where the Gioia restaurant is located is the renovated tower. So i guess that's where you'd want to be.

Regarding breakfast, I recall a small buffet with good quality selection. Which is your preference and suggestion for that?

Brekkie served in Gioia offered a buffet plus a la carte, The other one was just a la carte. We enjoyed both, especially when dining int he patio.

I really enjoyed the indoor pool and swam every day. Hope that part hasn't changed.

We never got the chance to try it out, For sure next time!

The toiletries were from a local brand whose name was not internationally known. What is the current brand, and do they provide small tubes or big pump bottles?

I forget the brand but toiletries were in small individual bottles. bar soap was provided as well, which I appreciated.
