Several days have passed, and the bonus points still haven't posted. Has anybody else experienced something similar, and if so how long did it take to receive the bonus points?
I'm currently on hold with TD as Aeroplan says to call them, but wondering if this is a common occurrence.
This happened to me last month. After a 20 minute phone call, it was determined I hit the maximum bonus points for the year. There is a maximum they will give you for the multipliers. I forget what it is, but like 100000pts or something. So for the rest of the year it is base points for me.
