some interesting figures from Simple Flying

Nashville was the 4th-biggest unserved US market from DUB (taking into account other markets already announced but which have not commenced - EI to LAS and DL to DTW):
  • Las Vegas NV (87,000)
  • Phoenix AZ (35,000)
  • Austin TX (31,000)
  • Raleigh/Durham NC (31,000)
  • Detroit MI (29,000)
  • Nashville TN (25,000)

Dublin was the 2nd-largest unserved European market from BNA
  • Rome
  • Dublin

It comes after Phoenix (35,000), Raleigh Durham (31,000), and Austin (31,000). From Nashville's perspective, Dublin is the second-largest unserved European market after Rome. However, the Eternal City is unlikely to have non-stop Nashville flights due to the distance and a lack of potential operators
