That's a good suggestion. I'll remember that next time. In answer to Greer, as others have guessed, this was for Hawaii. I wanted 4 seats OGG/SFO, which is via SLC. The SLC/SFO leg had to be booked the following day because of the overnight flight. I was able to get 2 on one flight and 2 on the next, with the earlier flight waitlisted. The rest of us are OGG/ATL direct, which was no problem.
