I’ve now flown successfully 3 times since August without catching anything. I’ve been using an anti-viral nasal spray while travelling, regained the pandemic-era vigilance around hand washing and regular uses of hand sanitiser in between, and keep a pack of travel sized sanitising wipes for tray tables, remotes etc.
that’s should be quite concerning for you if you catch something every time you fly. I would be speaking to your doctor about that in case you have some kind of underlying medical condition. It certainly isn’t a normal experience.
