Was here for ADE 2023 for 2 nights. Flew from DXB -> AMS arrived at 6 AM (plane swapped from 787 to KLM 2-2-2 trash of course). I tried asking if they do suite upgrades, but they don't for diamond members here unless things changed in the past 12 months. At 8 AM, greeted me to the cute office to pick the scent of the room. They even gave me free tea + snacks in the lobby area until my room was ready. Room was ready around 11 AM. I also met Prince of Travel, it looked like he was trying to get a deal or something with the manager. Agent brings you up to show you the room and king was spacious with nice bathroom with tub. Unfortunately it was raining all weekend during ADE but they give u their cute WA umbrellas. Breakfast mediocre, its the tower + an entree. The french toast was literally just a piece of bread that was fried ($20 euros). Also got charged $12 for tea? Other than that, they give you the scent you chose for the room as a memory. Have a stay for 2025 during Tulip cherry blossom season with the parents. I've stayed in Kimpton, IC, and WA but by far this is my favorite hotel with how the staff treats you. Also the beautiful pool in the basement is beautiful and calming. Also they let me store luggage for an extra day.
