DL repeatedly keeps responding that KLM operated the flight and forwards the compensation request to them. Then I get a response from AF/KL saying that DL operated the cancelled flight and forwards it back. I'm trying to break the log jam here.
DL is known for being scammy with EC261 and trying to avoid paying the compensation. You gotta open a new support case, contact a local aviation agency in your country of departure, and continue pounding them
