But uh yeah that's not a great look. I've encountered many rude agents, but I don't think I've ever heard one swear, and certainly not at a passenger.
I've had an MLL agent use a swear word while talking to me.
But it was friendly, casual banter and I didn't mind. Even though it might not be considered "professional", I felt that the agent understood our good rapport in the moment.
(ok, fine, they weren't swearing AT me
