The computer sees you as being exactly the standard passenger weight, so at the very least, it isn't personal. The airplane was designed in the 1990s when the average passenger weight was ~30 pounds, IIRC, lower than it is today. Those increases has generated a lot of problems with getting a legal load solution on a lot of flight.

The CRJ-200 is fun to fly, but only in one of the two front seats. The third front seat (jumpseat) is even worse than the 50 seats in the main cabin.
