In each case, based on the last 10-15 posts in this thread, BA then refuse to help, refuse to fix the error, and close complaints. When a newspaper gets involved they apologise but still don't pay the legally due compensation.
It appears BA paid out EC261 compensation (€250 or £208 at the exchange rate on the day) instead of UK261 compensation of £220.
