I've noticed more often than not that over India Wifi is disabled. Sometimes, but very rarely, it does work. Normally once you leave Indian airspace Wifi starts working again.
EDIT: I was on
F-HTYK about a week ago, on DEL-CDG as well, and this was working once outs of Indian airspace. There were occasional dropouts. I've added this one to the wiki.
