All this change to simply get a premium seat with the same width and 3 more inches of legroom? Plus, I guarantee the middle seats will be filled in Premium since folks will “upgrade” to them. This doesn’t address any of the issues I have with SWA flights and makes short-notice flights less comfortable since the good seats will be chosen already. Elliott has managed to make sure I look into every airline alternative when I have to book a business flight for a few days away.
