- What is your ALL status? Platinum
- Were you (or for multi-stayers were you generally) happy with the hotel/stay? Overall yes
- Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? Booked a superior room, and we got as upgrade an Ocean view superior room
- How are the rooms? Very comefortable bed as always with Sofitel. The room itself was neat and clean. A bit tired like the rest of the building.
- What was good and what was bad?
Good: Everyone, from check-in to check-out, as well as at the bar, restaurant, pool is extremely friendly and helpful. The sea view is beautiful. Heated outside pool is a big plus. (in October)
Bad: The building is in a wretched condition with many moisture spots, rust, corrosion.
This is due to its proximity to the sea, wind, and salt but is not acceptable for a hotel of this level and price.
Inside, the hotel is in a relative state, but a thorough refurbishment is also in order.

- What about welcome drinks, welcome amenities or any other special perks?
Welcome drink: all drinks on the menu, including champagne (also rose champagne)
There was a box of macarons waiting in the room on arrival, as well as a bottle of champagne. This is very exceptional at Accor and worth mentioning.
- Value for $ or Vouchers? Would you return?
If the hotel is refreshed I will definitely come back.
