Easy to get.

Offers on the on the Nectar app for in store food shopping yield 700-1200 points a week.
I.e. buy a bag of 500g carrots get 40 bonus points

eBay, hotels, petrol etc. all help the total along.
I've got coupons such as 200 points on my next fill at Esso.
Double points on petrol at Sainsbury
1200 points for spending £40 on Tu clothing in-store
900 points for a £25 spend on Tu clothing

Still get mine auto-converted every Monday. Prevents any great loss should my account be compromised.
As said elsewhere, 250-1250 Avios a week just from spending a few £ on a few of my usual items of food.
