The word "international" is not missing, just mentioned in another bit- last paragraph: Almost 390 lounges all around the world are available to the OK Plus Gold Card holders or to all Business Class passengers on the day of travel, when traveling on
internationalflights operated by SkyTeam. OK Plus Gold Card holders are permitted to invite 1 guest into the lounge.
I am 90% sure I've used my OK+ gold to get into the AZ lounge in MXP before a flight to FCO, so I bet it's only enforced in N.America. Then again I don't think many lounge agents in the US will have encountered an OK+ card, so you might just get lucky.
