New linking functionality added today, I received an email from Vueling:

"You've been asking for this for a long time and, finally, it's possible: now you can have all your Vueling Club and Iberia Plus Avios together in one place! This means that every time you log into Vueling Club or Iberia Plus, you'll see your combined Avios balance which can be used to pay less for your booking."
