Folks check you profile on the Alaska website. The Known Traveler Number (KTN) disappeared from the my wife and son's accounts. This is in addition to my KTN having one digit change after the last website upgrade. This might explain the references I have seen to folks not having TSA Pre-Check appear on their boarding passes.
