My DOH-LHR flight flew over Saudi Arabia and Gulf of Aqaba. It then turned right over Sinai so no view of the Pyramids.



The top of the Gulf of Aquaba. Sorry about the quality, we were about 40 miles away from the top and there is haze too. I did feel a bit apprehension at this point in case I saw missiles! Glad as we left the area.

I know civilian aircraft should be safe but the military is far from perfect in identifying targets and will be on high alert.
