I don't believe I've been to any airports in Malaysia that doesn't have any ATMs (exception maybe those rural airstrips in Borneo). I am sure you will be able to find at least Maybank or CIMB (largest and 2nd largest bank in Malaysia) ATMs at the airport. Most sit down restaurants take credit card. You'd need an "e-wallet" or cash, similar to Alipay or WeChat Pay if you've used them before, if you are dining in a local "kopitiam" or hawker center. There are also a few cashless sit down restaurants around, so you can only pay by credit card or e-wallets.

Grab is pretty much the equivalent of Uber in US (in fact, Grab merged with Uber a number of years ago). You can order your food deliveries or ride share / e-hailing with Grab or Air Asia app (there are less drivers on Air Asia app but the price difference can be significant sometimes). Touch N Go is only useful if you are driving in Malaysia (parking and toll payments but most toll roads accept credit cards now other than the major North-South Expressway and East Coast Highway). Touch N Go can also be used for public transit (e.g. ferry from Georgetown to Butterworth or trains around KL), but if you aren't returning or driving in Malaysia, you can skip the physical Touch N Go card as it costs RM10 to get a physical card.
