The reason is this why am I seeing Fares as low as 300 dollars from the west coast of the United States to the Philippines via ICN? To a traveler feeling to Manila/Cebu/Clark on OZ they'll see it better than Philippine Airlines. In the case of CEB via MNL CRK fly non-stop to MNL then bus to CRK from MNL in Pasay
