T-14 was definately 100% a thing, at least out of ORD. I booked a round trip in Feb using T-14 where additional availability opened up like clockwork every single day. I saw daily datapoints for weeks to know that it was a thing. It was also a thing as soon as end of August.
However, now it doesn’t seem to be a thing anymore, maybe due to high season.
