Yes. ATMs at the airport.
You definitely need cash. While most places do accept credit cards, if you want to go to the hawker centres not all the vendors take touch n go.
And please don't take the taxis - they tend to use beat up old cars and are expensive. Only use Grab - the cars tend to be better maintained as they're personal vehicles and it's stupendously cheap.
