Not quite for SFO-BKK. The route would have to be adjusted very slightly to avoid Russian and North Korean airspace, passing over Northern Honshu before flying over the Sea of Japan and the East China Sea until reaching mainland China. It would add around ~30 miles of additional flying, so not terribly consequential as compared to United returning to ORD/EWR-PRC as that would add hundreds of miles. Even if Russian airspace were open, UA would still have to adjust in order to avoid North Korean air space but that would be only a few more miles of route reduction. Of course, all of this is based on great circle mapper and not on winds here.
