Have you been to the Maldives Alila? Going next year. Unless we change our minds. It seems like a pretty good property that is relatively easy to get to, reasonably priced upgrades to OWV and a food plan that is doable. I know depending on ones budget cost may not be a factor, but aside from that, how was the Alila?

Haven't hit Alila Maldives. Recently went to Jabal Akhdar (our new #2 favorite Hyatt, pushing GH Kauai to #3), Hinu Bay, and Uluwatu.
Alila Maldives doesn't particularly appeal to me, but I imagine I'll give it a shot at some point just for sake of comparison. That said, our 2 returns to the Maldives were strictly a result of pandemic restrictions, and we probably wouldn't have gone back for a decade otherwise. I have no returns planned, unfortunately... too many other places to go, not enough time off work.
