Caribbean cruises aside, I've only been in the international travel game for 8 years, and wife and I have the same conclusion you do about PH Maldives. We've been to a good portion of Hyatt's top properties - including 24 Park Hyatts and most of their most popular Alilas - and PH Maldives still has the top spot.
Was just in the WA Maldives thread reiterating my stance that PH still wins out, in spite of some more luxurious elements that WA has over it.
Have you been to the Maldives Alila? Going next year. Unless we change our minds. It seems like a pretty good property that is relatively easy to get to, reasonably priced upgrades to OWV and a food plan that is doable. I know depending on ones budget cost may not be a factor, but aside from that, how was the Alila?
