I wanted to follow up that I was finally able to credit some KLM flights using the webpage/app, but the JV flights across the pond could not be managed (DL ticket stock for a SK flight?!?). I tried the email address and will see if that works better.
I get the red error bar whenever I get to the missing points page on the website. Have tried various combinations of browsers and devices.
