I have held off applying for my child until today. But when I go into his profile today and start the application, it still prompts for a fee of $120, and I don't see anything to indicate he is my child - it looks like a standalone application, just as it was before.
Has anyone else been successful today in applying for their children - without paying any fee.
I am a UK citizen (my son is as well), but I don't think that is relevant - unless the $0 fee is only for US applicants.

I was able to apply for all three of my children last night with no fee. You start the application like normal, including where you click on the "Global Entry: $120" link. When you get to the part where you enter in your child's parent (so, you) there's a button you can click that asks if you are a member of GE. If you say yes you can enter in the passcode from the back of your GE card. Then, once you finish all of the other pages and get to the payment page you'll see that the total has been zeroed out and you can submit the application without entering any payment information.
Hope that helps!
