I have Elite status also and there is NO limo drive. It is a shuttle included in the free layover hotel. However, the layover hotel does not come with every 21h layover as one could mistakenly take from your response. Only if that would be the shortest connection on TK metal (and I seriously doubt that 21h would be the shortest connection).
