I really enjoyed my stay here.
Redeemed free night awards during a conference when the hotel was almost or completely sold out. They only had accessible rooms left for one of the nights.
They upgraded me to a room with a balcony with views of the river for the entire stay. The duty manager even greeted me personally.
Breakfast was very good as well with an egg station.
The gym was OK, too.

Declined housekeeping and got an F&B credit instead, which I used for Starbucks and the pantry next to the reception.
I had a coffee and/or water almost every day and even had breakfast some days and I didn’t have to pay a single cent. Everything was covered by the certificate, even the service at breakfast.

Overall, a very solid hotel, even if it’s a bit dark/dated inside.
Would definitely stay there again.
