I have been following this thread in the hopes of upgrading a Boundless card to the Ritz and I'm almost ready to do that.

Boundless card second anniversary coming up later this month with AF having always been charged on 11/1 both in 2022 and 2023. Do I need to upgrade before my anniversary or before this AF fee posts on 11/1 to ensure that I get the 85k certificate this year still? I don't want to mess this up and have to wait a whole other year to get the 85k cert.

(Will add this info to the wiki once someone responds because I feel like it has come up in the past but I can't remember the answer and reading the last 5 pages again didn't enlighten me either.)
