CWS said something the other day about multiple complaints resulting in them being automatically cancelled by “the system”. corporate-wage-slave ?

isn’t there something daft like a 12 week backlog of complaints anyway?

it’s irritating but unless money is critical I’d be inclined to wait a bit and not waste anymore time on this for a bit. Noting that I am a very occasional BA customer only so have the luxury of not sweating it
