And for a different point of view - I personally don't W at all, whilst I think J is a massive increase in comfort especially on night flights, so I'd personally do the Y-J combination without hesitation. In fairness, I'm not super tall nor super large and I don't manage to sleep in sitting position which some people do.
In any case, there are loads and loads of threads on that so may be worth doing a search for additional viewpoints.
