October '22 is my only ever nomination.

If your membership card expires 30th September then presumably your year end is 8th August.
Some more details here would be useful because I think it may affect the answer (particularly given the initial GGL nomination, which doesn't seem to align with the subsequent dates).
- Did you continue to benefit from a GGL nomination in 2023? If so, what date was the 2023 nomination?

If you've continued to benefit from a GGL nomination then they soft land just the same as for those who've qualified through a TP route.
