I'm surprised there are lower end (price wise) properties that are eligible. For example the sindhorn midtown in Bangkok and the InterContinental in Kuala Lumpur regularly goes around $100.
eligible rate equals non-member bfr so definitely not around 100. sindhorn now around 170 and up.
