I am a UK citizen (my son is as well), but I don't think that is relevant - unless the $0 fee is only for US applicants.

I can't figure it out either. Myself, my wife and our two daughters all have Global Entry. We all need to renew this year but I can't figure out how to renew membership for our daughters without being charged the application fee. I really would be grateful to know how to do this.
