How much is the difference in price for the original trip for 5 compared to the new price for 3? I would ring BAH and see what they say about removing the 2 passengers off the booking. It could be cheaper than cancelling and starting a new booking.
You would need to pay the full original price for the 5 if you decide to go down the no show
route.
