I have a BA holiday that I've paid the deposit for for End of December for 2 adults and 3 children. My wife and youngest child are unlikely (not going to) to be able come now.

I've checked the cost for doing the same or similar holiday with just me and my 2 oldest, but it works over £1,500 more expensive for 3 than the original 5 as the prices have gone up (I booked very very early at a good price).

The question is, is it worth calling BA holidays to cancel the 2 people from the booking or just leave the booking as it is. Am I likely to get any money back for the 2 people not going, or are they going to reprice at a new price and thus it will cost be more. I suspect they will reprice and I'll be worse off, so I should just turn up at the airport and the 2 people not coming will be classed as no-shows and all will be fine.
