If you don't have any Oneworld status to get you into the First Class lounge at Heathrow, then I'd forget about lounge access as anything like a motivational factor. The business lounges in T5 are not something to aspire to.

I suspect BA Tier Points are of no interest to you either - I mean if they were then you'd have made the decision already to go business.
