Oktoberfest Menu has around 5 more days before it changes, Feast while you can

The Staff are exhausted, the LH Intern is up at Dawn Shooting the Duck on the Rhine, then back to the Kitchens where the Boucher Chef Plucks them & passes to the Sous Chef who starts the slow cooking, so no chance of Duck before 11 am.
